Requirements
Key responsibilities:
- Project execution and delivery – Own the end-to-end delivery of software projects in the AdTech space, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Team leadership – Manage distributed teams across LATAM, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Program management – Oversee multiple workstreams, define milestones, and proactively mitigate risks.
- Stakeholder management – Engage with US-based clients, senior engineers, and business leaders to translate requirements into actionable plans.
- Location management – Act as the primary spokesperson for CloudGeometry LATAM in professional and digital channels, including LinkedIn, blogs, and webinars.
- Agile process management – Implement and optimize Scrum/Kanban methodologies to ensure efficient workflows.
