About CloudGeometry
At CloudGeometry, we build cloud-first, AI-driven solutions for some of the most demanding companies out there, from Silicon Valley startups to US Fortune 500 enterprises. We’re an AWS Advanced Consulting Partner, CNCF member, Kubernetes Certified Service Provider, and part of the Linux Foundation AI & Data working group.
This is an engineering-first company. People here care about what they build, how they build it, and how it scales. You won’t disappear into a project black hole. Expect real collaboration, real ownership, and yes, sometimes even input from the CEO.
About the Role
We’re looking for an AI Developer to join a high-impact AdTech project and help build production-grade AI systems that actually do things, not just sit in notebooks looking impressive.
You’ll design, build, and deploy AI solutions powered by LLMs and modern ML systems, working closely with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver real business value. Expect hands-on work with multi-agent systems, LLM pipelines, and cloud-native AI infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement AI/ML models and LLM-based systems for production use
- Build and optimize workflows using LangChain and LangGraph
- Develop and deploy scalable AI solutions in cloud environments
- Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI-driven features
- Integrate NLP and LLM capabilities into user-facing applications
- Prototype rapidly and iterate based on real-world feedback
- Monitor, debug, and improve model performance in production
- Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing
- Stay current with advancements in AI, LLMs, and agent-based systems
Must-Have Skills
- Strong Python skills and solid ML fundamentals
- Experience with Databricks (PySpark, Notebooks, Unity Catalog)
- Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph
- Experience with MLflow (training, tracking, deployment)
- Good SQL knowledge (MySQL / Databricks SQL)
- Experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications
- Understanding of LLM guardrails, multi-agent systems, and AI workflows
- Experience working with cloud-based AI systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- English level: B2–C1
Nice-to-Have
- Experience evaluating or fine-tuning LLMs (Llama, GPT, Gemini)
- Familiarity with RAG pipelines, vector databases, or mixed-model architectures
- Experience with AI assistants, NLQ systems, or AdTech/Marketing analytics
- Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, and GitHub workflows
- Experience with Kubernetes, serverless, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Familiarity with NestJS, Prisma, or backend integrations
- Experience reducing AI/ML technical debt or working with AI copilots in IDEs
Who You Are
- Proactive and fast-learning, not waiting to be told obvious things
- Detail-oriented but still able to see the bigger picture
- Comfortable working independently in a distributed team
- Genuinely interested in AI, not just chasing hype
- Someone who shares knowledge and contributes to engineering culture
What We Offer
- Work on modern AI products with global experts
- Competitive compensation in USD (B2B or employment)
- Remote-first setup with flexible working hours
- Paid leave, sick days, and holidays
- Workspace budget ($2500) + software coverage
- Paid certifications (AWS, Kubernetes, ML, etc.)
- English lessons and continuous learning support
- Access to international conferences (CNCF, KubeCon, etc.)
- Engineering-driven culture with minimal bureaucracy
Why Join Us
We’re building serious AI systems, not demo projects. If you like working on real-world problems, shipping production code, and being surrounded by people who actually know what they’re doing, you’ll fit right in.
