This role is designed for someone who: comes from IT industry / tech startups or IT services (required) has a generalist background and wants to expand into full TalentOps ownership has an entrepreneurial or business mindset (startup, side projects, Biz/Admin background) is AI-native and excited to use AI to improve how PeopleOps works You bring a positive, forward-moving attitude and help create an environment of ownership, responsibility, and creativity across a fully remote team. You will play a key role in taking our remote culture to the next level — not just maintaining it, but actively building it. organize and run remote activities, rituals, and engagement programs create a sense of belonging, energy, and team identity across locations improve how people collaborate, communicate, and grow remotely
Responsibilities:
PeopleOps & Culture (Remote-First) 5+ years in HR / PeopleOps in tech environments Experience supporting remote or distributed teams Interest in building culture, engagement, and internal activities Ability to design or support career paths, PDPs, and growth frameworks Strong empathy balanced with clear, structured policies Passion for creating a workplace where people feel connected and motivated 2️⃣ Recruiting & Talent Networks (Global)
Required Skills:
Experience recruiting for technical or product roles Ability to source beyond inbound (direct outreach, communities, referrals) Interest in building and maintaining long-term candidate relationships Exposure to hiring across US, Canada, and LATAM is a plus Curiosity to learn how to identify high-potential candidates, not just fill roles 3️⃣ AI & Automation Mindset Active use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) Curiosity to experiment and improve workflows using AI Interest in automating: sourcing and screening onboarding and documentation internal PeopleOps processes Mindset of “if it repeats, automate it”
